If you’ve been watching Margo’s Got Money Troubles — the Apple TV+ hit starring Elle Fanning, created by David E. Kelley from Rufi Thorpe’s bestselling novel — you already know the show’s secret weapon is its smallest cast member: baby Bodhi.
Here’s what makes it special. Rather than lean on props or fake babies, the production cast two real infants, River and Graham, to share the role of Bodhi. Fanning fell for them completely.

Working with real babies is magic on camera. It also means the crew has a genuine duty of care — and that’s where we come in.
Fast-forward to Season 1, Episode 5 (“Flamingoes”), the wild Las Vegas wedding episode. Around the 22-minute mark, Margo tucks baby Bodhi under her coat and sneaks him into a noisy casino bar. It’s one of the funniest, most nerve-wracking moments of the season — a baby, a bar, and a mother improvising her way through chaos.
Then comes the moment we love. When Bodhi starts to cry, Jinx — Margo’s gruff, big-hearted dad, played by Nick Offerman — scoops the baby up, settles him into a carrier, and sends Margo and Shyanne (Michelle Pfeiffer) off to handle the night while he takes over. And there it is: Offerman strolling down the street, Bodhi strapped to his chest in his BANZ® earmuffs, logo front and center, a tiny co-star kept safe from the very real volume of a working set. It’s warm, it’s funny, and it’s a perfect picture of what BANZ® is for.
